Comprehensive South Sound Region Home Inspections

Hello everyone! My name is Jarrod, and I am a home inspector in the Gig Harbor area. I was born and raised in the Tri-Cities area of Washington and graduated from Liberty Christian School in 2005. In 2006, I began a rewarding journey in the U.S. Air Force, where I gained invaluable experience, discipline, and leadership skills. During my service, I also earned a bachelor’s degree in American History from Troy University.

While my career took me far from home, my heart has always belonged in the Pacific Northwest. After many years away, I returned to Washington and settled in Gig Harbor in 2024.

The skills I developed throughout my military service—integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic—are the same qualities I bring to every home inspection. I have had two decades of training and experience in facilities management, fuel system inspection and maintenance and home ownership. I’m committed to providing clients with professional, thorough, and personalized experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids, exploring the outdoors, fishing, and following sports. I look forward to serving our community and helping clients guard their home ownership!
